    ARI Quiz 2.1.9 is available. Parse plugin tag option added to quiz settings. Disabling this option will disallow question text to be processed with mambots (plugins).

Sure,

If you mean user wants to stop passing quiz for some time and then get back to it (for example he just closes browser window or there is connection interruption). Then when he is back to this quiz again he will continue from the place where he stopped last time. If you mean that administrator can make test unavailable temporarily, then you can change test status to disabled.

ok..
but if i made additional button to exit quiz when user not yet finishing quiz (ex. total question 10,user was done 6 question and then exit quiz with button exit aforementioned) and user want to continue quiz next time,is user continue from the question where he exit (question no.7)?

If your button will for example redirect the user to another page - no problem, user will continue quiz next time from the question where he exits.

can user not answer the question?(in case the question very difficult)so user leave question blank..

User can skip the question (is appropriate option is set in quiz configuration) to return to it later.
