Hi, just downloaded a fresh joomla 1.5 and installed 2 components: Ninja Shadowbox and then ARI Cloud Carousel.

After selecting 'Ninja Shadowbox' from the Light Box Integration Parameters. I receive a joomla message....

ARI Cloud Carousel: "System - Ninja Shadowbox" plugin isn't installed.

????

Ninja Shadowbox works as i've tested it separately.

Confused because error mentions plugin but shadowbox is module (mod_ninja_shadowbox) not a system plugin.

So, problem is carousel works but no lightbox integration with ninja shadowbox?

NinjaShadowbox plugin were available for downloading on NinjaForge site, but developers of this plugin decided to remove it. You can read about it here. You can request this plugin on NinjaForge site or choose another lightbox engine in "ARI Cloud Carousel" module settings.

I had the same problem and I found out that the old Ninja plugin works fine with Cloud Carousel, but it causes a lot of problems with other
extensions. The new Ninja module doesn't make problems, but it isn't recognized by Cloud Carousel. Well, you will find a lot of shadowboxes (best ones here at Ari), but you won't find any Cloud Carousel as good as this one from Ari. So you did right to choose the Cloud Carousel. Ari shouldn' t mention Ninja Shadowbox anymore!

We added support of "Ninja Shadowbox" plugin when it was available on NinjaForge site. We haven't removed support of this plugin because some users use this feature. BTW, the module supports of different our lightbox extensions which provide different features and kinds of design and we can guarantee that it will support them in future.
