Presumably the problem of showing only on pages with Virtuemart and Jcomments component. I have tried to disable plugins, modules. Looked in different browsers. Tried to change various settings in Joomla, enable and disable the cache. Also, do not show the title and description. When I use another template, the carousel is shown. And yet, when not showing the carousel, I noticed that the source code of the page is not connected mootols and caption.js. I'd like to use this template. Help please understand. I can give full access.

We suppose this problem with site template. Probably it contains code which removes MooTools library and it causes javascript errors. If you send index.php file of site template or provide temporary to your Joomla! backend by email we can investigate this issue in more details.

very tricky template, the basic code is not in the index.php, they are in /templates/ecospa/layouts/original/layout.php IMHO
