the relative path to the background image is not working when directing to a main and a subdirectory. the full path has to be used instead. I tried making a copy of the cloud carousel and directing one carousel to the main path and the other carousel to the subdirectories, but that didn't work. So I tried to use the full path, inclusing http:// and then it worked. see attachments
