I installed the ARI cloud carousel module.

I have specified the relative path for images folder.

Scenario 1
When I leave the Path to background image and specify Image Path

Result - it does not display the images. It just shows a rotating circle.

Scenario 2
When I specify Path to background image and specify Image Path

Result - it does not display the images. and it does not even show the rotating circle.


Scenario 3
When I specify Path to background image along with the name of the image file and specify Image Path

Result - it displays the background image. it does not display the carousel images. and it does not even show the rotating circle.



I also have the following errors in my browser.

It seems this problem with extension which is used on your site for optimization of loading javascript files. We suppose it can't handle external javacript files correctly.

So what needs to be done to solve this issue?

We have updated the module. Download and upgrade it. New version contains new parameter "Load jQuery method", set it to "Local copy".

Thanks a lot. The updated module worked for me on my personal computer where I was building my website.

Now I have deployed it to the production website.

On the production website, nothing is displayed.

It seems "Image path" parameter has incorrect value.
