I can't get my images to show it just shows the twirling circle.

I finally did get my images to show but now I need to get text in the popup without having to put in a URL. If you click on one of the pictures in the carousel you can see where I would like to put maybe just text of Measuring outcomes etc. right now it says bad URL

Your INI file is incorrect. Links should be used in [LINK] section, not HTML content.
