Hi
I have done as you ask and still no different, still cannot see thumbnail images in carousel. I have set the cache to 0777 in the Public and Administrator folder, are there any others?

If you open a HTML source of the page, you can see that carousel contains link to auto-generate thumbnails from "cache" folder, but if try to open thumbnails into a browser, 404 error occurs. It occurs because the module can't save auto-generated thumbnails to "cache" folder.

Hi
I see, not sure where to go from here, I have set the cache permissions to 0777, as referred to earlier. Would it be an idea to remove all the modules/plugins and start all over again?

I see that there is an option to use my own thumbnails instead of the auto generated ones. I have a sub-folder which contains thumbnails created by another extension, but if I use this sub-folder address there are not shown in the carousel. Do I need to place the thumbnails in the same folder as the main images, if so how should I name the files. Any advise would be appreciated.

Do thumbnails have the same as original images? What name of sub-folder with thumbnails?

The images have a path of images/templates and the thumbnails have a path of images/templates/thumbs, the file names are the same.
