I have recently upgraded a site to Joomla 2.5 and I'm having issues when using a lightbox on the carousel.

I am linking to existing articles on the same site in the lightbox and they used to open fine but they are now opening the entire site within the lightbox. Do you know how I can fix this so only the article content is displayed within the lightbox again? I was using the standard Joomla lightbox but I recently purchased ARI Sexy Lightbox hoping that would fix the problem but the issue is still there.
