How can I change (and where is) the CSS file so I can move the Description from the upper right corner to directly underneath the front carousel image?

I see the description now, but in Mac OSx Chrome, Firefox and Safari I have to scroll down to see the description, regardless of the height of the carousel. I set it to 280 and all the way up to 600 and I still have to put my cursor in the carousel module on the home page and scroll down to see the description. Also, how can I center it?

And I read the post related to the Y radius spacing of the carousel. However, all the Y radius does is expand the height of the carousel presentation, rather than eliminating the white space at the top. I want to keep my Y radius at zero.

Ahh, I played around with the Y pos and was able to get it how I wanted. But the issue of the description only being seen if I scroll inside the carousel module remains. Also centering it. Thanks for the help!
