Hi,

I am using Cloud Carousel on a website.
I have the following questions:

1. I have made an .ini-file (8-UTF) to match the title and description, the file is placed in the same folder as the images, but there is no appearrance what so ever. Nothing. What did I do wrong?
2. I didn't install any lightbox yet so I am using the Core Joomla! Lightbox. When I try to open an image, it keeps loading. Nothing happens. Where did my configuration go wrong?
3. The Core Joomla! Lightbox, does it contain the navigation to go to another image or do I have to use the other lightboxes?
4. I have put "Stop carousel in background: Yes" but it keeps on rotating.
5. Is there any documentation for the Cloud Carousel?

David

Hello,

1. Where we can see the problem? Send also screenshot(s) of module settings page by email so we can investigate the problem.

2 and 4. Send a link to a page where we can see the problem.

3. Core Joomla! lightbox doesn't support navigation between images. For example it is supported by ARI Sexy Lightbox extension.

5. It is available in "Description" section on module settings page.
