I use the the aricloudcarousel pro and I have a question. For the first: my english is'nt the best, but I hope you understand - thanks.

Is it possilble to klick on a picture in the carousel and them open a little article in a lightbox? If I wanna use the "lightbox intergration", the Module is position fix and on top of the site, that's why I deactivated this.
Normaly I use the JCE-Lightbox, but I do'nt know, how I create a link to open this.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot,

It is possible to define links for images in INI file. Link to sample INI file and description how to use it are available in "Description" section on module settings page.

If some problem occurs with a lightbox from "Lightbox integration" parameters section, it can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension or site template styles. We can investigate it if provide a link to a page where the problem occurs. You can send a link by email.

Yes, I know that is possible for images - with a standart link like this in your INI- description. Also I know some threads with "custom link target" for instance to open in a frame, but i do'nt know what must do.
Thanks, if you want to look at my backend, to find the issure, why I can't use the lightbox integration. I think it is the template-code. I'll send you a mail.

Once more: I want to click on a picture in the carousel and than open a lightbox window with text - that's all. I hope you Know, what I mean.

BTW, it is not possible to define a text which will be shown into the lightbox in INI file. It is only possible to enter links (for example to some articles, external pages or images). Titles and descriptions from [TITLE] and [DESCRIPTION] sections can be shown directly on the carousel.

A link to an article looks like:

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=ARTICLEID&tmpl=component

Where ARTICLEID is ID of article which you want to show. For example for article with ID = 17, the link will be:

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=17&tmpl=component
