Is it possible to add a small text footer just beneath the carousel to acknowledge the photographer/s ?

Hello,

Download and upgrade the module. New version provides possibility to define header and footer text.

Not, just install new version over installed version. For this don't touch installed version, open Joomla! installation page and install new version of the module.
