The last thing I'm really missing are good templates for the gallery. Right now there are 3 layout types included but without CSS knowledge you are lost and will never get a good looking gallery.

Simple Image Gallery Pro makes it very easy for beginners with a few basic layouts. With little css/html knowledge you can modify the templates and then you can use these gallery templates for every joomla template.

I searched the web for professional gallery layouts and this was the best I found:

There are a lot of gallery extensions for joomla available but I didn't find any with good preinstalled templates. This feature would be a big step forward and I hope it can be realized.

We are going to implement this ability and suppose it will be available within 1 week, but one note templates which you provided aren't generic. It can be used only for fixed image size.

'ARI Colorbox' v. 1.5.0 contains new parameter called 'Theme' for 'Simple Gallery' layout type which provides possibility to choose one of available predefined themes.

Is there an easy way to create own themes? I don't like the gallery function which is used in Mosets Tree. Therefore I'd like to use Colorbox instead but I need the same theme which is used in the Mosets template.
