TOPIC: Numbers not sorting properly

Numbers not sorting properly 13 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
I have used this product previously with no problem However, this time I'm having an issue I can't resolve. When looking at the table and sorting by the "Booth #" column, the numbers will run 1, 10, 100 instead of 1, 2, 3.

I read a post about putting 0s in front of the numbers, but my 0s are visible when I try that and I do not want 0s in front of all the numbers.

What am I missing?

Hello,

Try to upgrade the module to the latest version and configure "Choose table type -> ARI Data Table -> Columns Settings" parameter like on the screenshot below:

I only downloaded this module yesterday. So i would think that's the latest version. I read through the forum for about 2 hours looking for and trying possible solutions before I posted - so i've already done what you suggested and the result is the same. The numbers are not in order when I sort by number, see the attached screenshot for current column settings.

Please set settings like on our screenshot. It is not possible to use column names in "Choose table type -> ARI Data Table -> Columns Settings -> Column index" parameter. Zero-based column index is used for this parameter.

Ok, did that. Numbers are in the correct order now. However, the column doesn't sort when the arrows are clicked. I've used this module before, but NEVER with this much trouble.

It seems this is a problem with module configuration. Could you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we could investigate the issue?
