TOPIC: Problems with migration to J1.73

Problems with migration to J1.73 12 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
I have used ARI Data Table on my J1.5 site reading csv files does exactly what I want. However with J1.73 I can't get the datapath to save - I type or copy the datafile path and when I click to save the box blanks - I have a similar problem with ARI slider selecting articles - any selection does not save.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Check that "System - ARI Extensions" plugin is installed and enabled.

Hi

I have checked that and they were not enabled, however having enabled them and tried saving the csv data path it still blanks after clicking save, an not surprisingly reports "no data" in relevant article. I have created several modules all have the same problem.

Could you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?

Try now please. You use "Advanced module manager" extension instead of standard Joomla! module manager. It requires "System - ARI Extensions" v. 1.0.3 to work with "ARI Data Tables" module, but "System - ARI Extensions" v. 1.0.2 was installed on your site.
