I try to load csv example, but after saving the field is always empty.
Plugin is enabled.
I download, your vis....csv Path is correct, but i tried:
/data/test.csv
data/test.csv
Another pathes,
On front: no data availableto display.

The problem is similar to

After saving and reopening the settings the field "Path to CSV file" ist empty.

Check that "System - ARI Extensions" plugin is enabled and installed. If it doesn't help, could you provide a link to a page where we can see the problem and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?

What can you say about russia letters on table data subscription.

The software supports to display Russian characters?

I am saving CSV file in excel,
so because russian leters in csv file(year month.) i try to use:
Windows-1251 File encoding but in that case i have sign: Not enough columns given to draw the requested chart.

and the "question marks in the black diamond" in the cases when I leave this field empty - as I described above.

finnaly sended an email. with csv file.

Save your CSV file in UTF-8 encoding or try to set "CSV -> File encoding" parameter to WINDOWS-1251 value.
