Fetch Form2Content items from SQL? 12 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi!

Iґm interested in purchasing ARI Data Tables, but first Iґd like to understand if it can do what I want to achieve....

The thing is that I have Form2Content, so that any registered user can submit an article. Now I want to create a table of content for the articles - a bit like the "category listing" menu item in Joomla, but with more info on each row.

In other words I like to have a link to each article, and on the same row also fetch data from a few other database fields. Also, I only want to show the rows of the articles that have been "published" from the backend interface.

Iґm not very experienced with SQL databases, but I have found a database table in SQL which contains the data from Form2Content. But I do not understand the linking between each database table and the actual article link in Joomla...

Do you have any experience with using Ari Database Table in this way?

Thanks in advance,

Erik

Hello,

The extension can show data from a database based on "SELECT" SQL query. We don't know structure of your database so we can't say possible or not create an SQL query. If you send SQL dump by email, we will try to help.
