Hi.

I will connect to an external database on cPanel-Server.
So I set the remote access ip in cPanel on the external site.
But when I will load data from this site it only shows the information "No data available".
I have tested:
db-type: MySql and MySqli
host: Domainname and IP
User, Password and DB-Name from external Site with grand access
Debug on shows no information about the connection.
What must I do to show if connection fails?


I hope anybody understand my problem and has a workflow....

Is it possible to provide a link to a page where you try to use the module and a temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
