I just updated to the new version for the Server side pagination update. The data loads quickly, but I have a few issues that occur when that setting is used:

1. The search box doesn't work at all


2. Column settings are not honored and are not functioning


3. The customization that you built for my site (to download images) does not work or show checkboxes (probably a result of column settings not working?)

How can I fix those three issues?

I have column settings (attached pic) that center the columns. When I have "User server site pagination" set to "Yes", the columns are not centered.

Also, in the column settings I have the alias for a column called "Image" set to "<input class="adt_file_manager" type="checkbox" onclick="adt_FilesManager.toggle(this);" /> Select All"

And the format for that column is:
<input name="adt_files[]&quot; class="adt_file" type="checkbox" value="{$columns:Item Code}" />

This is for the custom tool you built for me to download images as zip files. The checkbox does not show up in each row.

The "search" box does not return any results even when searching for a term that is on the page of data in a row, when "use server side pagination" is set to "Yes". The search box works correctly when this is set to "No".

In fact all issues go away when the server side pagination is set to "no"

Could you send by email the SQL query which you use and SQL dump with fake data so we can investigate the problems?
