Hello,

I'm trying to implement my first Ari Data Table on my website, constructionmidwest.com. I've loaded my csv file into my main (httpdocs) directory, and in the csv field I'm typing: /itemlisting.csv

Unfortunately, after I hit save the csv field is blank (perhaps this is normal-- I'm not sure). When I try to load the page with the assigned module, it just says "No Data Available." I'm assuming the file is not loading correctly, but I can't seem to figure out why.

I appreciate any insight you may be able to give on the matter.

Check that "System - ARI Extensions" plugin is installed and enabled.

Thanks for the prompt response. The System-Ari Extensions were loaded, but not enables. This solved the problem of getting the string to stay in the correct box, but unfortunately I'm still getting the "No Data Available" error.

My apologies if I'm having a bit of a learning curve here. I did read through the help file that is hyper-linked on the module but wasn't able to determine if anything I had was off. Is there another file that's a little more in depth (for dummies like me?)

Any chance you have any other ideas why I'd be getting this error?

I should also probably note that I'm using an excel file that I saved as a CSV. Could it be something with the encoding?

Nevermind! For some reason it had to do with putting the file in my httpdocs directory on my joomla site. Once I uploaded it to my dropbox account and linked to that it works like a charm. Thanks for your help.

Probably you entered incorrect path to CSV file. Could you specify full path to CSV file and full path to Joomla! root directory and what value do you use in "Path to CSV file" parameter?
