I've install ARI Datatables on a few different sites and keep getting the same results - no matter what number I place in Number of rows to display when the module displays it always shows 10 rows

Set "Custom pagination" parameter to correct value. It should contain value which you use in "Number of rows to display" parameter. For example set it to 5,10,20,50,100 value.
