I had this site reading an external pricelist csv file and everything has been working well for a long time. But now when you go to a price list page, it just tries to load for about 5 minutes and then finally says "No data available."

To try and fix this I moved the pricelist csv on to the same site so that it was looking at a local copy of the file instead of an external file, but this had no effect. I also tried to update ARI data tables to 1.12.2 but again no effect, I say tried because the joomla back-end still says it's 1.11.

So I'm not sure what to try now?

Thank you for your response, I'm not sure why exactly but the problem no longer exists. I guess it must have been a server side issue that got fixed without my knowledge. thank you for your offer to help all the same.
