How to configure GChart? 11 Years, 2 Months ago

Trying to plot the column 1 "ConversionRate" values as 9x lines: one for each "Category" value (0 thru 8) where X-axis is column 0 (Month) and the Y-axis is labelled "Conversion Rate"

Attached is a RAR of the back-end screen settings. Can you advise me on what I have done wrong?
