I either get it formatted correctly but only one record,
Or formatted so it can't be easily read but all records.

I also would like to swap columns - I have looked at the data tables module but don't see a place to do this. While I could change the name field to have values of 1SparkName 2InitWi I hate to do something like that (e.g. last choice).

The second configuration should be correct. Could you send SQL dump of jos_facileforms_subrecords table by email so we can reproduce the problem on our test server and investigate it?

Columns ordering can be defined in "SELECT" SQL query if it retrieves data from normalized table(s), but in your case data is saved in another way so it is possible to change ordering if it is saved in database in separate column.

I have been working on the tables. I created several (and will put some examples here for others). I then moved them into my live database.

I am having the same problem, only one record shows. I looked thru everything (module, report, menu, 3 plugins) 5 times and can't see what I am missing.

I didn't get the emailed answer, I watch my email carefully and check spam all the time, even searched for the email and can't find it.

What was the fix you did to make it all records (users), not just one?
