I just checked my email - nothing from you and no emails that could be you (e.g. From someone other than ....@ari-soft.com
I did a search for all emails received today, in case it got filtered somewhere and no email from you.


FYI, I also don't get notifications when changes are made to my discussions, though my email in my profile is correct (I have checked it several times).

I did send you an email today (earlier) before posting this message, so you should have that one.

We asked in the mail where we can see the problem and what credentials for J! backend.

In this thread, one week 3 days ago, I gave you access to the test Joomla.
You made changes, but never told me what the changes were.

I sent you an email with access to the test Joomla about 10 hours ago, but the problem does not exist there anymore.

Can you give me the change you did to the test system one week 3 days ago? You said you sent an email out but I never got that.

If you can't find that email/information, the only way I can let you into the live Joomla is via webex.com - I can set a session up where you can access my computer while I watch what you do, but it needs to be middle of night our time when we are less likely to have users on. So after 10 pm Pacific Time USA, closer to that time is better than much later past that time.

I can email you a link to webex if you need to do this.

Also, is there a way to get notification when you update this thread? It shows under my discussion, but right now I have to come see if there is a response, I get no notification.
