I love this module and currently have it importing CSV files and it works great.

I need users to be able to update the tables. If I put the tables in SQL, is there an easy way to get a form for the admin to easily update the tables?

My problem is that keeping the CSV files up to date is going to be a problem.

The extension doesn't support ability to update tables. Possible solution upload your CSV file to Google Docs and update data via Google Docs and share data from Google Docs in CSV format and link to CSV file on Google Docs in "ARI Data Tables" module settings.

I love that idea and I set up a test one to try it out. I am not sure how to link it. When I use the SHARE link from google docs it doesn't work out quite right. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, i think about to buy "ARI Data Tables" and my intension is to take data from a csv file "hosted" on Google Docs/Drive.

But the csv file must be changed/updated often. And i don´t know how it is possible to edit csv file on google docs. I can only convert it in google format oder i can download , edit an upoad the csv file.

Is it possibel to edit the csv file directly. Also on android phone?

Hello,

You can edit data on Google Docs service and then all changes will be shown on Joomla! site (after about 10 minutes). It is possible to create a link to document from Google CSV format which will contain actual data from Google Docs.
