hi..i bought this module last week..installed it successfully but have difficulties making it appear in my desire page or any page at all...kindly please help.tq

i successfuly installed in joomla 2.5..but having difficulties making it appear in my pages..i dont think the module is not working..but rather i do not know how to make it appear...i need it to appear in my "member point" page..if possible can u show me the steps..i can give u my team viewer..tq

We can investigate the problem if you provide a link to a page where you try to use the extension and a temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email.

At least the page is not available. 404 error occurs. We also asked about a temporary access to J! backend.
