Decimals showing on the vertical axis 10 Years, 10 Months ago

Hi all, for some reason on one graph the vertical values are showing as 0.0, 2.5, 5.0 etc when there is no reason and this happens on no other graphs. The data is the same.

So question is how can I disable this and force integers please?

Also on the x axis there is the axis name but above is a number that I cannot seem to get rid of. I have attached an image that may explain better. If anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks.
