It can be a problem with your data. See how it should look in the sample CSV file (<joomla_directory>\modules\mod_aridatatables\samples\visualizer.csv) Regards, ARI Soft

How does a CSV sample help me when I am only using the direct SQL database link. I do not control the format and layout of how data comes from the database.

You can use default settings (most of settings are used to change some style parameters), just provide data in appropriate format. Regards, ARI Soft

For the moment, until I get charting happening, I am working with a simple data set coming from my database directly. Attached is a screen grab of the ARI DataTable that displays fine. To me, if the table displays fine, then so should the chart, assuming i have configured all the settings correctly. This is a simple PIE type chart and the data reflects that, intentionally, to feed a PIE chart.
