Expose Data Table to Google Search 10 Years, 4 Months ago

I setup a CSV file using Ari Data Table at cfgsphase2.cloudaccess.net/index.php/publications/orange-co-marriages and it is now working great. I can search it using the Ari search box but I cannot search it using a Google Search Bar on my home page cfgsphase2.cloudaccess.net.

How can I make the data in this CSV table visible to Google so people on the internet can find it using Google?

If the data was moved into MySQL would it then be available to Google?
