Link to article from Ari Data Table 10 Years, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi There

Could you please tell me if it is possible to link to an article from a record within a table?

What I have is a column called 'names' and I want to make the name a hyperlink which when clicked on opens the article, the link would look like this:

www.mysite.com/jobs/all-jobs/id

Where 'id' is also a column in the table and contains a value such as '15' so the link would need to get the value in the corresponding id field of the same record.

Could you help please?

Thanks

Hello,

Set "Columns settings -> ID" parameter to names value and "Column settings -> Format" parameter to the following value:

<a href="www.mysite.com/jobs/all-jobs/{$columns:id}">{$value}</a>

Hi There,

I am trying this solution but it does not work for me.
I have a column named SID and i want a link like mywebsite.nl/518 (where 518 is the value)

<a href="mywebsite.nl/{$columns:SID}">{$value}</a>

The result shows 518">518 where it should be 518

Any suggestions ? Could somebody help?

Hello,

Do you use "ARI Data Tables" or "ARI Smart Content" extension? Do you use the latest version?
