Hi,

I am wondering how one would add the charts or tables from ARI Data Tables in a slideshow module. I know how to place the module at a template position on the page and in an article, but how do I put it inside a slideshow or carousel module? My thought is to have ARI generate live charts and have them cycle through a slideshow. I tried putting in an article then putting the article in the slideshow, but the chart is not drawn.

I also thought that something like Modules Anywhere might help, but found that installing and enabling that extension caused other modules to stop working.

Any suggestions?

Reviewing your site further let me also ask, does your ARI Smart Content extension enable one to place dynamic ARI Data Table content inside slideshow and carousel presentation elements?

It is possible to show modules into Easy Slider slider from "ARI Smart Content". The slider shows Joomla! articles and modules can be loaded into articles via "Content - Load Module.

I looked at the Easy Slider and it looks good and has lots of display formats. The demo seems to show what I am looking for, provided I can display live ARI Data Table charts inside.

So, if I buy the ARI Smart Content extension along with the ARI Data Tables module I already have I can do this?

You can load "ARI Data Tables" module into the slider or "ARI Smart Content - Data Table" module.

Ok, what you suggest looks good. I see I can just get your ARI Slider and use with the ARI DataTables I already have. Or, I can get the ARI Smart Content, which includes the ARI Slider and more capability and extensions.

Is this correct, that both will achieve the same thing, but with Smart Content I am getting more of your other extensions as well?

As long as I achieve what I intend I am good, and if the ARI SmartContent does so with your other nice extensions then that sounds better. I do want to continue using ARI DataTables, that has worked very well for me.
