Problem with Back-end after Joomla 3.4.4 upgrade 9 Years, 1 Month ago

We just upgraded our Joomla site from 2.5.28 to 3.4.4 and everything is working great on the front-end. I just went into an ARI Data Table module on hte back-end and it is a mess. It is only showing HTML output without the usual Joomla wrapper. I tried it in Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I am unable to edit the SQL query (or anything else) because there is no "Save" button that Joomla provides.

I attached a screenshot. I can provide a temporary Admin password if needed.
