Installing mod on Joomla site hosted on Azure 8 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Trying to install mod_aridatatables on a Joomla site hosted on MS Azure.

I've tried the recommended method of decompressing the .zip file into the /tmp/mod_aridatatables directory and I continue to receive the:

Error

Please enter a package folder.

Unable to find install package

I understand Azure limits the upload file size but I assumed by placing the decompressed folder in the tmp directory you would avoid this issue.

Any suggestions?

Kev

Hello,

It seems an incorrect path to folder with unpacked archive is entered. We can investigate the problem in more details if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
