I have tried to look for an answer, maybe it is something small I'm missing, all plugins are enabled etc, but I receive no data?

Could your provide your CSV file or temporary access to your Joomla! and link to page where we can see this issue by email that we can investigate this issue?

We have try your code with attached file on our test server and it works fine. Check the following:

1. That file is located by the following path:

<joomla_folder>/files/installers.csv

2. That the file has "csv" extension because attached file has "txt" extension.

Hi Yips, the file location is correct. it is a CSV. but could not upload a CSV I had this working on a noither site, but have no idea what I;m missing have doubled checked and compaired both.

Do you have acheck list maybe? Mayb I missed a plugin, or a setting

Check 'Diagnostics' page on the component backend that it doesn't contain any errors. If it doesn't help, could you upload the site to an online server that we can investigate this problem?
