This is a problem with "JCE Utility" extension. It uses old version of jQuery javascript library (v. 1.2.6, but the latest version is 1.5) and it conflicts with site template because it uses jQuery plugins for v. 1.3.0+. Disable jQuery loading in "JCE Utility" settings. We can help to do it if you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email.

I guess I'm having a similar problem. ARI JQuery UI Loader isn't enabled, although it's properly installed. As you can see in the picture, the funcion is a little bit grey, like it is deactivated, so is ARI JQuery Loader too. Diagnostics say it is installed. I'm working with Joomla 2.5.7., a Shape 5 Template, K2 and JCE Editor. I'm still searching for the third party problem.
Could you send me the solution too please?

It is not possible to disable system plugin. It loads always when it is required. If something doesn't work, send a link to a page where we can see a problem.

I am having the same problem. I can fetch the data from a CSV file, but no styles are being applied. I selected table type as "ARI Data Table" and using JQuery UI themes to "Yes" and the themes, sorting, paging, search feature are not available to me. This problem with MigurSearch extension. It doesn't add ; symbol at the end of javascript code which it uses and it causes javascript error. You can see it in browser's error console.
