I'm having a similar problem to this one:

Just like in the above case, when I add the item the first time, save and close, it works.

But if I open it to edit it, the aridoc tag is gone and replaced by the same text as was mentioned by the other user. After this happens, it won't display the viewer when browsing a category of items (using K2) but it will display when viewing the item itself.

As it appears you need access to the back-end I'm emailing you an account separately.
