I have uploaded a 28 mb, ppt file. The download link is active and the file can be downloaded. But the preview is not available. Instead of the preview, it shows: Whoops! There was a problem previewing this document. I created another small ppt. this file preview is available. what can be done.

Hello, This limit is defined by Google Docs service. It is not possible to change it. You can try to place your document to a file share service (for example to DropBox) and try to show it again because it can also be a problem with connection between your server and Google Docs server.
