Hello,
French user I'm not the firs to enounter that error but didn't find a solution.
Under Joomla 3 I installedyour Ari Docs viewer pi.
In an article i Inserted the following code

{aridoc engine="google" width="600" height="1200"}http://pep83.org/images/pep2016/mayotte/OP_PEP_MAYOTTE.pdf{/aridoc}

And I have no display of that file and the message you can see on the screencopy joined

Thanks to help me !
The page is pep83.org/index.php/2-non-categorise/53-solidarite-mayotte ; I tried from top to bottom a lomart plugin, the embed pdf and your product.
Hope you'll see the problem !

It seems the PDF file is corrupted. It is not possible to open it in Viewer on Mac OS and with internal viewer in FireFox browser.
