Hi

I uploaded the file, but when i go see it t says

ARI Docs Viewer: '/public_html/media/ms/Prices.docx
' file doesn't exist. Check that the correct path to the file is specified. The path is a case sensitive.

Hello,

What shortcode do you use? We guess an incorrect path to the file is used. Try to enter media/ms/Prices.docx path.

Remove leading / from the path. As we wrote in our previous post, it should be media/ms/Prices.docx

PS: BTW, it not possible to open chriswebdesign.ca/media/ms/Prices.docx file. It seems you use an incorrect path.
