I also used Artiseen to create a template - can you please tel me how you fixed the problem of making the menu visible in front of other blocks? many thanks

They give to me some CSS rules.

but where do you edit the CSS rules? in the ARTISEEN template CSS or some other CSS files? please help me I'd reallyyyyyy appreciate it thanks!
