I added a 3rd level sub menu item: їQuienes Somos? > Salva un amigo en 5 minutos > Espaсol. However the 3rd level, "Espaсol" appears on the screen detached form the rest of the menu! any ideas about this too?

The problem of the detached 3rd level menus was fixed by your CSS change - thanks!

However, the other problem was not. If you look at the menu їQuienes somos? > Salva un amigo en 5 mins > ..., you'll see that the lowest items are still hidden beneath the embedded Prezi. I tried adding the CSS rules to the CSS section in the ARI menu manager screen, and also to the end of my template.css file - neither made any difference...

I use Chrome. However, the same issue exists in IE.

In the screenshot, you can see the 1st 2 level 3 menus - Espaсol and English, buy the last one, Nederlands, is hidden behind the Prezi.

We suppose this is a problem with Flash object. Check that it contains wmode="transparent" parameter (attribute).
