Yeah I tried referencing the ux-menu-horizontal and ux-menu-link-first classes and even the ux-menu-item-main class both through the joomla administrator css styles input box and through the css sheet itself.... neither of those worked.

I'm obviously doing something really daft though becasue I can remember having it working at some point in the past when I was considering having it vertical. Anyway I don't need to upload this release until next week so lots of time to get to grips with your menu.

Maybe if I had more patience and just read all the code...lol

I should really have backed this up in cvs....

We can try to help if you provide a link to a page where we can see the menu and an image where we can see what do you want to achieve.

Sure, as I said its on on a development box in my office right now but I'm uploading the first version of this tonight. I'll give you a URL and some details when I've done that. (I'll need to PM that since I can't have the engines follow a link)
