yes I did, i thogutht if I set the "start" to "0" and "end" to "1" that should stop displaying the 3rd level items, but no luck. any ideas?

Download and upgrade the module. It should help.

Downloading the module did fix the "start" and "end" issue. It's still not keeping the "ABOUT" tab highlighted on the top when I'm on the sub pages, but I'll keep playing with it and see if I can figure it out. Thank you very much for all of your help!
