Do you have any tips for doing this kind of debugging myself? So I can leave you guys to do more important work than debugging my sites

I use Firebug on Firefox, which I presume is similar to Developer Tools on IE. Yet it takes more than a tool; I just do not know how to build up a proper set of CSS rules for this type of menu structures.

Information about menu structure can be found here. About debugging, usually each modern browser provide debug tool. For example Safari and Chrome browsers contain "Web Inspector" tool. IEDevToolbar addon can be used for IE 6-7 browsers. You can also use FireBug Lite.
