Open a page with the menu in a browser, choose 'File -> Save Page As' menu item in browser's menu, choose 'Web page, complete' option, save all page files into your disk, archive them and send us by email.

Sorry, but HTML file which you sent doesn't contain "ARI Ext Menu". It contains other menu extensions.
