Hi,
I would like the parent item to be inactive acting only to open the dropdown menu of child items and not leading to any url itself. Is it possible?

Hello,

Set "Separator" menu item type for parent menu item.

In Joomla! menu manager. Open menu item settings page and change menu item type.
