Hi,
in Chrome I the menu is displayed as it should be but in IE it doesn't display at all!

Please help

Hello,

This problem with site template layout. See <DIV> element with "id" attribute equals to "line". You can investigate the problem with help "Developer Tools", for this press F12 in IE browser.

I didn't understand you well. Where should I change attribute? In css or in php?

And another thing i see it displays in different position normally.

It requires to change styles for the element or change site template HTML layout. We can recommend to contact site template developers.
