Hi Everybody,

First of all sorry for my english but I'm french (nobody is perfect)

I try to install ARI Ext Menu on a website I'm doing but unfortunately it doesn't work. I've got an error in IE saying "Ext is undefined". The menu is display as a standard bulet list.

The website is in local on my PC. I'm using EasyPHP and Joomla version 1.5

Could you help me please?

Hello,

Check that index.php file of site template contains the next code between <head> and </head> tags:

<jdoc:include type="head" />


If it doesn't help, send page files of the page with the menu by email. This process is described here.

Hello,

I checked and this code is effectively included. This menu is on the main page (index). Which page code do you want? (the link you indicate doen't seem to describe a process))

Open a page with the menu in a browser, use "Sage Page As" browser's menu item that save page and all page files (javascript, CSS and image files), then archive saved files and send us by email.

Hi Ari Soft,

I have the same error in IE8; is there a clue yet? 'Ext' is not defined.

I don't know how serious this error is, strange that 'ext' is a part of ariextmenu. Has it perhaps something to do with that?
