I am getting the template bullets showing on the Ext Menu. How can I remove them?

Where do I need to add this? I have the same problem at www.worldcityguides.net/ and would like to remove the bullets from my menu!

Also, the submenus can not be seen in Internet Explorer... Any code that can help solve this problem?
